What time is accommodation check in and check out?
Check in is any time after 2:30pm and check out is by 11am.
We ask you to confirm check in time with us before your arrival so we can make arrangements for the key.
If you would like a later check out or early check in please let us know, and if it is possible we will oblige.
How do I confirm my booking?
To guarantee your booking we take credit card details and a 20% deposit.
I have to cancel my booking. What is your cancellation policy?
Due to our small size, cancellations can have a significant impact. If you need to cancel your reservation the following fees apply:
- The deposit is non-refundable. If the reservation is cancelled more than 14 days from your arrival date , we will hold the deposit for up to 6 months for you to apply to any future booking.
- If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your booking, a 50% penalty fee applies.
- We will make every effort to replace your booking. If we are successful then cancellation feels will not apply.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes both apartments have washing machine and dryer. There is an iron and ironing board available for guest use in the apartment.
Is the apartment serviced?
The apartment is fully serviced between stays and it is also equipped with materials to allow self cleaning. To ensure guest privacy the apartment is only serviced on request. Extra linen and towels are available.
How close is it to:
- the Village -the apartment is just on the edge of Havelock
North Village Center, metres from shops.
- local wineries - there are a number of top wineries just a few minutes drive away including Black Barn and Craggy Range. Many others are less than a 20 minute
drive
away. A number of local tourist operators do winery tours.
- Napier and Hastings - Hastings is a 5 minute drive away. Napier is about a 20 minute drive away.
Do you do weekly/monthly rates?
We offer generous discounts for extended stays. Please enquire
at time of booking as these rates vary depending on time of
year.
