What are your check in and check out times?
Check out is 11am. Due to servicing, our apartments are not available for check in until after 2:30pm, however if you need to check in earlier let us know. If possible we will oblige.
What is your Reservation Policy?
No reservation will be accepted or guaranteed without a 10% non refundable deposit, made via a valid credit card number, cardholders name and card expiry date to be supplied at the time the reservation is made.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
We treat the security of our guest’s information very seriously. To ensure your security, all credit card transactions are secured with e-Gate; a credit card processing service people all around the world know and trust.
Do you provide breakfast provisions?
No we don't. Both places have full kitchen facilities. There are a number of local cafes which are a short stroll away.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes both apartments have washing machine and dryer. There is an iron and ironing board available for guest use in the apartment.
Is the apartment serviced?
The apartment is fully serviced between stays and it is also equipped with materials to allow self cleaning. To ensure guest privacy the apartment is only serviced on request. Extra linen and towels are available.
How close is it to:
- the Village -the apartment is just on the edge of Havelock
North Village Center, metres from shops.
- local wineries - there are a number of top wineries just a few minutes drive away including Black Barn and Craggy Range. Many others are 10-20 minutes
drive
away. A number of local tourist operators do winery tours.
- Napier and Hastings - Hastings is a 5 minute drive away. Napier
is approx 15 minute drive away.
Do you do weekly/monthly rates?
We offer generous discounts for extended stays. Please enquire
at time of booking as these rates vary depending on time of
year.
